All products listed on www.mosaiccreations.com.au are described to the best of our abilities and the specifications reflect the information that has been provided to us. All care is taken to ensure this information is correct, but we cannot eliminate the possibility of human error.
Payment Information
All orders are prepaid. When ordering, your credit card is charged when you place your order. All orders are in Australian dollars. We use PayPal Australia to process payments.
Please note that we do not store your credit card number on our servers.
Order will not be placed, held or placed on lay by, full payment is required to complete an order.
Shipping Information
The cost of shipping is included in the purchase price of our products, and is included in the invoice total. Orders are generally processed and posted in one to three working days.
We use TNT for delivery and PO Boxes are not accepted.
Please note that we will not ship any order outside of Australia.
Warranties
Due to the nature of our products warranties are not offered.
Goods damaged in transit are covered by postal insurance up to $1000, Mosaic Creatsions accepts no liability for goods damaged in transit. All products are dispatched in 100% perfect condition.
Limitation Of Liabilities
Under no circumstances will Mosaic Creations be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from any product purchased from Mosaic Creations beyond the value of the item purchased, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, or loss of programs or information.
